  • get your food right from your farmer, including: maple syrup & maple products; bedding plants (both flowers and vegetables); and flower baskets; hops, popcorn and flours; fresh locally grown frozen beef, pork, lamb, and rabbit meat; both organic and conventionally-grown vegetables (greens, lettuce, onions, leeks, peas, beans, beets, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, broccoli, cucumbers, garlic scapes, various garlic, fresh herbs and herbal products, peppers, radishes, tomatoes, sweet corn, squash, zucchini, parsnips, pumpkins, gourds in plentiful, seasonal supply);
    jams, jellies, relishes and pickles
  • Mediterranean prepared foods – humus, spanakopita, dips
  • baked goods
  • ready-to-eat food and drinks
  • AND don’t miss the soap, knitting and quilting products from local crafters including Kingston’s Made4You collective
